Township Treasurer Fee Guidelines
Resolution #01-25
Be it resolved that the Township of Weare Township, in Oceana County Michigan, is hereby authorized to waive the 1% late fee for property tax payments received after September 14th for only the remainder of the month of September. Regular Fees would apply October 1st and there after.
The foregoing resolution was offered by Byron Miller, Township Trustee.
The foregoing resolution was seconded by Lane Stotler, Township Trustee.
Upon a roll call vote, the following board members voted yes: Larry Doran/Supervisor, Melanie Sayles/Clerk, Jill VanderZanden/ Treasurer, Lane Stotler/Trustee and Byron Miller/Trustee The motion passed by a majority vote.
